Since October 7th 2023 we have witnessed the genocide and displacement by Israeli colonialism against our people in the Gaza Strip. This aggression is merely a continuation of the violent siege on the Gaza Strip that has extended for seventeen years. And 75 years of ongoing Nakba as well as the bigger struggle for the Palestinian cause.
Our hearts go out to our friends, partners, and their families in Gaza. Those who have been working for the Gaza community, including children, women, people with disabilities and men. Those who, despite the siege, the lack of resources, and the ongoing Israeli aggression against them, have stood relentlessly to provide psychological and cultural support to the people of Gaza and document its beauty and its people. Those who have dreamt for creating a better life for the children of Gaza.
It is time to end the genocide in Gaza and end the occupation of Palestine. Let us raise our voices against the occupation's violations. Let us raise our voices for the freedom of the Palestinian people. Let's raise our voices against injustice and settler colonialism.
