Nazmi Al Jubeh
Dr. Nazmi Jubeh is associate professor of history and archaeology at Birzeit University. Jubeh was the co-director of Riwaq (1992 - 2010(, and the director of the Islamic Museum at Al-Haram Al-Sharif in Jerusalem (1980-1984). Jubeh’s research melds archeology, history, politics and architecture. Born in Jerusalem, Jubeh received his bachelor’s in Middle Eastern studies and archaeology at Birzeit University and earned a Master in Oriental Studies and Archeology and a PhD in Oriental Studies from the University of Tubingen in Germany.
